I have never before thought of doing a self portrait, but today I came up with this idea very randomly.
I didn't want to use a reference photo so I did it just by looking at myself in a mirror. It didn't take me much time, but honestly it was so much fun - way more than I expected! I might try to do this again soon.
It doesn't look too much like me and I wasn't going for a realistic look so I am satisfied with it. The background and its colour represent my state of mind.
Mediums used: tempera and ink.
